研究方向

(1)先进计算方法的开发与应用

专注于开发和应用先进数值计算方法,包括相场法、机器学习、等几何分析、边界元法、虚单元法、FE²法、物质点法及Abaqus二次开发等。重点研究高性能计算技术以及复杂问题的模型简化,提升复杂系统模拟的计算效率与精度。

(2)材料科学与工程

关注力电耦合的多尺度方法研究,探索界面断裂现象及其机理,以及不同尺度材料中的挠电效应。深入研究电子封装材料与结构的力学行为,解决实际工程应用中的关键问题。

(3)应用研究

致力于超材料与纳米结构的建模与设计,将理论计算方法与实际应用相结合,助力新型功能材料的开发。同时,针对电子封装技术与可靠性问题开展研究,为电子器件性能优化和寿命预测提供科学依据与技术支持。
