基本情况

林绍福,研究员,中国电子学会高级会员、中国计算机学会终身(高级)会员和区块链专委会执行委员,中国统计学会残障统计分会常务理事,中国大数据产业生态联盟专家委委员,北京通信信息协会副理事长,北京大数据研究院理事,国际医学人工智能期刊JAIMS编委。1990年毕业于中国科技大学计算机科学技术系,2002年获北京大学理学博士,2005年获评教授级高工。先后在海南省信息中心、北京市信息资源管理中心、信息办、经济信息化委和北京工业大学从事信息化、电子政务与信息资源管理、数字城市、智慧城市、大数据等相关研究、项目建设与应用促进工作。近年主持了绿色智慧乡村等北京市科技计划课题,参与科技冬奥、物联网与智慧城市重点专项课题,主持北京市和海南省的信息化、智慧城市、大数据、电子政务、高精尖产业等相关规划设计和政策标准课题20多项。曾主持863课题1项、北京市科技计划课题和数字北京重点项目多项。参加抗击非典、北京奥运会等重大活动,获得北京市委市政府授予“北京奥运会残奥会先进个人”和“抗击非典先进个人”荣誉称号。获省部级一等奖2项、二等奖2项和三等奖1项。已发表SCI/EI和核心期刊论文70多篇,申请及获得授权国际专利、国家发明专利多项。

获奖情况

(1)2011年11月,“北京市政务信息资源共享交换平台”项目,获2010年北京市科学技术奖三等奖。

(2)2010年2月,“政务地理空间信息资源共享服务体系建设及应用”项目,获国家测绘地理信息局、中国地理信息系统协会颁发“2010年地理信息科技进步奖二等奖”。

(3)2008年10月,北京市委市政府授予“北京奥运会残奥会先进个人”荣誉称号。

(4)2003年7月,北京市委市政府授予“抗击非典先进个人”荣誉称号。
