教育与工作经历

1984年毕业于北京大学物理系,获学士学位;1987年于北京工业大学凝聚态物理专业获硕士学位后留校任教;1990年于北京工业大学获光学博士学位。199312月破格晋升教授,199812月起先后任北京工业大学材料学、光学工程学科博士生导师。曾任中国物理学会光散射专业委员会副主任、教育部高等学校工程训练教学指导委员会副主任、教育部高等学校物理基础课程教学指导分委员会副主任、中国高等教育学会产学研合作教育分会副会长、中国发明协会高校创造教育分会常务副理事长、《光电子激光》常务副主编、北京工业大学副校长、北京石油化工学院校长。
