基本信息

闫红,女,教授,博士生导师。1994年毕业于北京理工大学化工与材料学院,有机合成专业,获工学博士学位。一直从事具有生物化学的有机化合物的光化学合成及生物化学研究工作,具有药物设计、合成及活性测试研究方面的良好基础。在多面体烷及其衍生物的合成、抗病毒和抗肿瘤活性等方面,主持和参加了多项科研项目,申报发明专利10余项,获授权7项,并在国外和国内核心刊物上发表论文百余篇,获北京市科技进步三等奖二项,获北京市优秀青年骨干教师荣誉称号,并入选北京市科技新星计划。目前工作的重点是以药物合成和天然产物有效成分的提取、分离、改性等方法为基础进行的抗病毒、抗肿瘤等药物的合成研究(如:抗HIV病毒的蛋白酶、整合酶和阻断病毒进入的天然产物等的合成),以及创新药物的研发等。
