李玉国,男,北京工业大学引智教授、博士生导师,香港大学机械工程系讲座教授(Chair Professor),公共卫生学院荣誉教授,工学院副院长。曾任香港大学机械工程系主任,澳大利亚研究院(CSIRO)首席研究科学家。国际建筑领域顶尖杂志Indoor Air主编(IF=4.8)。在新英格兰(IF=74.7),PNAS(IF=9.4)等国际学术期刊发表SCI论文200余篇,被引超过15000次,自2009年开始连续9年成为ISI Essential Science Indicators 1%高引学者。目前为美国供热制冷与空调工程师学会(ASHRAE),国际室内空气学会(ISIAQ),香港工程师学会(HKIE)和英国机械工程师学会(IMechE)Fellow。 曾任国际室内空气品质学会高级会员组织主席。现任中国室内空气质量与健康分会副主席、中国环境科学学会、机械工程学会和暖通空调学会理事。自2020年初以来与不同单位合作研究新冠病毒在建筑物中的传播途径。他是世界卫生组织COVID-19 IPC指南制定专家组成员和环境与工程控制专家咨询小组(ECAP)的成员。
