方超,副教授,研究生导师,博士生导师。北京邮电大学与加拿大Carleton University联合培养博士,加拿大Carleton University博士后,日本Kyoto University和Muroran Institute of Technology、澳大利亚Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organization和University of Technology Sydney、英国Queen Mary University of London、香港Hong Kong Polytechnic University等国际学术机构访问学者。
