基本情况

夏志东，女，1967年出生，工学博士，教授，博士生导师。1990年毕业于清华大学，获学士学位。2002年于北京工业大学获博士学位。研究方向主要为材料加工技术、电子连接材料、柔性导电材料以及电子废弃物资源化处理技术。主持了国家重点研发计划课题、北京市科委、北京市教委、朝阳区科技基金和多项企事业项目。授权国家发明专利15项，在国内外重要期刊上发表论文30余篇，其中SCI收录论文20余篇，并参与了国家标准《无铅钎料》的制定工作。2002年为北京市科技新星，2005年进入北京市教委人才强教计划。
