严铮洸

基本情况

严铮洸,研究员,博士生导师。2004年6月获北京大学无机化学专业博士学位。2004-2008年在北京大学化学与分子工程学院从事博士后研究工作。2008年6月到北京工业大学固体微结构与性能研究所工作。

主持国家自然科学基金面上项目2项,青年项目1项,北京市自然基金面上等项目,参与国家自然基金,北京市科委,北京市创新团队,北京市重点实验室,111基地建设,卓越青年科学家计划等项目。在Nature Communication, Journal of Physical Chemistry Letters等国际知名期刊发表SCI学术论文几十篇。

目前主要从事半导体光电材料和电子显微学研究。研究领域主要包括杂化钙钛矿和其他金属卤化物晶体材料,包括其单晶、纳米晶、薄膜等,研究材料化学制备、器件构建、光电和发光性能、在X射线探测器和光电传感器方面的应用。
