1.基于荧光、质谱手段发展单细胞分析技术,实现对核酸、蛋白等生物大分子的原位标记成像与精准定量检测,应用于免疫、癌症等重大疾病的诊断、发生机制及药理研究。

2.基于大科学装置同步光源的生物成像,全细胞原位解析亚细胞器及生物分子的精细变化。
