施云惠  

施云惠,教授,博士生导师。主要从事图像视频编码,虚拟现实数据压缩和图像处理应用研究,及球面图像表示及其小波变换、多维信号稀疏表示、鲁棒的稀疏表示和可分离卷积神经网络等建模方法研究。主持多项国家自然科学基金和北京市自然科学基金面上项目、863计划子课题、北京市科委项目等,参加多项国家自然科学基金重点项目,研究成果发表在TPAMI、TIP、TMM等期刊和CVPR、DCC、ICME等国际会议上。指导的博士生获VCIP 2016 Best Student Paper Award,获吴文俊人工智能科学技术奖(科技进步奖一等奖),获2017首届水下机器人目标抓取大赛二等奖。担任TCSVT,TSP和JVCIR等多个国际期刊的审稿人。
