邓军  

基本情况:

 

邓军, 男, 1969年出生, 博士, 副研究员, 硕士生导师。

 

2006年于北京工业大学电子信息与控制工程学院 获得工学博士学位。主要在半导体光电子器件领域从事光电探测器件与材料外延制备的科研和教学工作。工作期间,先后参与、承担国家973、国家863项目、北京市科委、教委项目以及企业科研项目十几项,在国内外会议、期刊发表学术论文四十余篇。
