刘显强 (博士),副研究员

         研究各种材料的原子结构、电子结构及其与性能关系。

        主要包括:人工及自然存在的超晶格材料及其介电和热点性能关系;相变存储材料及其它材料亚稳相及非晶相结构及其物理性能研究;半导体中的掺杂及合金化效应。

         目前的主要研究方向: 

         • 纳米超晶格材料的界面及对称缺失效应;

         • 亚稳相及非晶相的原子结构研究;

         • 半导体原子化学
